Encino Council Vote

Hi All,

There seems to be some confusion between the Encino Council bylaws and the City Clerk documentation.
.
According to the Encino bylaws, only people who work in Encino can vote for Business Representatives.
.
According to the City Clerk documentation, all stakeholders can vote for Business Representatives.
.
The Encino Bylaws take precedence so you cannot vote unless you work in Encino.
.
Sorry for the confusion. If you work in Encino, feel free to go by and vote.
